MLP Meme - Equestria Girls

READ BEFORE COMMENTING PLEASE:

Okay, I just saw the whole movie. I liked it. I didn't "love" it, and frankly for being the first MLP:FIM Full Length movie, I think it's still not
quite as good as some of the season premiers and finales. That said, it was still a quality MLP dhx media production, great voice work,
fun plot that's not unlike a normal episode of MLP, catchy music (although there were kind of a lot of music montages crammed in there),
and just all around good quality work overall. For those of you who have yet to see it, fear not... just think of it as a long episode of MLP and
you should enjoy it just fine.

NOTE: One of the original reasons I didn't care much for the concept was because I thought it was stating that the MLP mane 6 were
supposed to be high school age ad are clearly not (Living alone, running businesses, etc.). Having observed the movie, the ages of the characters
in "human world" are not 100% directly tied to the Equestria characters. Examples: cutie mark crusaders are at the same high school as slightly younger students, Photo Finish is a teenager at the high school, and Celestia/Luna are there as well. So it's safe to say they don't have a 40-something year old woman and little kids attending a high school with Principal and vice principals that are over 1,000 years old... thus I just assume this world isn't quite on the same time-schedule as Equestria... but that makes it even more "destiny" that Twilight just happened to have her adventure there when all the doppelgangers she is aware of from Ponyville were attending the school.

Due to the LARGE amount of "Watch it before you judge it" comments...
YES, I do intend to watch the film. YES, I intend on giving it a fair chance (the same way I watched MLP and gave THAT a fair chance).
With that said, I still enjoy making sarcastic memes. Keep in mind, this meme was also created way back before any info was given to
us as fans about Equestria Girls. At that time, most of us were biting our nails and wondering if it would completely trash the show we love.
That fear left me as soon as I heard the same writers and creators were making the film. So, you will know, I'm not hating on something I have not seen.... I WAS joking about something NOBODY had seen. Thanks for your understanding (this text will likely change again after I do see the film).

Sweet Celestia, Why?

If you haven't heard, Hasbro is spinning off the hit MLP:FIM into what looks like a cookie-cutter junior-high teen girl drama...
There were plenty of clever ways Hasbro could have spun off this show to sell more pink plastic... this was not one of them.


MLP:FIM is to Equestria Girls what
Gundam is to SD Gundam,
The Avengers is to Super Hero Squad Show, or what
Chocolate Cake is to The $#!t you take after eating the chocolate cake.
